Top Earner Sues WorldVentures

Top Earner, Steve J Little and his wife, Leigh, have filed suit against WorldVentures Marketing, Wayne Nugent and Michael Azcue.

The names "Steve and Leigh Little" have been synonymous with WorldVentures for many years.  Executive Management have referred to Steve Little as "WorldVentures Legend".

In February 2007, WorldVentures named Steve Little their Chairman of the President's Advisory Council, citing he was their #1 Top Earner.

Steve and Leigh have been displayed in WorldVentures' Income Disclosure Statements:

Comments

  1. It's unfortunate. He violated our policies and procedures, was put on probation last fall, and after further investigation and subsequent violations, we were forced to terminate this spring.

We have a lot of history with Steve. But WorldVentures will enforce it's policies with vigor in an effort to protect members, regardless of the seniority, rank or position of the person responsible for the offenses. Our leaders were not only aware of the decision but completely aligned with us in support of it.

In our litigious society, the lawsuit is not unexpected. Additionally, WorldVentures has multiple counterclaims on file.

  2. So what you are saying WVOfficial, is the only way to become a "Top Earner" selling WorldVentures is to violate your policies...

    ReplyDelete
  3. Seems WV settled for $750,000 so clearly he had dirt on them that they did not want exposed.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Although it is more fun to imagine the "dirt," real life business is much more dull. Any business professional knows settlements out of court are typically done to save the hundreds of thousands, and even millions it can cost BOTH sides to bother dragging something through the court system; the only ones that truly win are the lawyers who collect steep fees. It's naive to believe that ANY out-of-court settlement "proves" anything... It's all just financial numbers these days. I don't know the inside of this case, but a settlement is matter of course for any smart, solid biz.

    ReplyDelete
  5. When one violates polices and procedures....after having read, signed, and agreed with them....that's what happens. Too bad!

    ReplyDelete
  6. Just so everyone is clear:
Steve Little was TERMINATED from WorldVentures for numerous Policies and Procedures violations. That was announced publicly, without his name being mentioned at the time. He did not quit to join another opportunity.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Now he, as well as several others that you may know, such as Jason Slone and Heath Blackmon, are the equivalent of starving wolves in a hen house. They are desperate and will do and say anything, for their benefit, at your expense. Don't believe the hype. Steve Little is being paid a salary to be with iWowWe. Are you if you follow him? Do you get the same offer? Hopefully the owners were lied to about why he wasn't with WV any longer, otherwise I question their integrity. Who knows they might decide to terminate him as well soon.

    ReplyDelete
  8. An unknown source, a snake, stole the WV b2b database and now some iWowWe representatives, such as Richard Morgan (RJ), are contacting each b2b rep personally over the next few days/weeks to recruit into iWowWe as well as talk bad about WorldVentures. If you're contacted, ask this rep to send you a video or proof of any claims they are making. You won't see or hear Steve Little say anything bad or negative, such as WV wasn't paying him. In fact, I hear from PAC members that Steve Little made every attempt to stay in WV long after he had been warned many, many times, then suspended, and finally terminated, after the many violations of the company's printed Policies & Procedures. What should they have done? What should the company do now as they lie and attack? I'll tell you...they should protect those that care about the future of this company, play by the rules, and are here for the long haul!

    ReplyDelete
  9. There is not one single WV leader that has left WorldVentures for iWowWe. Even Steve Little did not leave, he was TERMINATED. Every PAC team leader in WV (President's Advisory Council) is still a part of WV, and all of them were a part of deciding to TERMINATE Steve (The owners of WV make no decisions without the full support of our PAC team and extensive Legal Council).

    ReplyDelete
  10. If Steve Little was such a great leader, which he was not, why was he never at the big events, regional trainings, etc? Why did none of the field leaders follow him? If you do waste the time to watch Steve Little in the iWowWe compensation video, take into consideration that WorldVentures paid for the home that the video was recorded in! That home was paid for with the DreamHome bonus! His 3 Lexus vehicles, his Rolex, all the vacations he has taken in the past 6 years... ALL PAID FOR BY WORLDVENTURES!

    ReplyDelete
  11. WorldVentures has paid every commission check accurately, on-time, every time, for nearly 6 years. Ask anyone in the company from the new rep to the IMD at the top.
The reason Steve Little doesn't get paid any longer is due to his own actions. Also, contrary to what Steve says at iWowWe, he was not the top money earner at WorldVentures.

So I just wanted to give you a "heads up" as they call and try to steal your belief. Desperate people do desperate things, and misery loves company. My advice? If someone from iWowWe does contact you, attempt to record the conversation. Hopefully the information on how they got your phone number, the real story about Steve Little, and what their motivation is will help you disarm the rep that calls you. Have fun with it! :)

    1. Well, I guess things have gone down hill for WV.
They haven't been paying commissions, residuals or dream car/house payments since September of 2017. Many IMDs and double IMDs are leaving....even though they are owed tens of thousands of dollars. Vendors are owed over $15 million dollars. The Yiru RICO case is going on as I write this, and the Walker case is coming up.

      Delete
  12. Besides all that... How many gumballs are in the "video-email industry"? ;) LOL!!! Plus it's BORING!!!!!!

(iWowWe is a video email service that distributes their product via MLM. It is a 3x7 forced matrix comp plan. Video email can be a useful service although you can get similar results for FREE using your iPhone/Android phone and YouTube. (That is, if you feel comfortable recording yourself on video and sending it to people all over the internet, which most don't) Technology advances so fast, and if iWowWe is like most technology MLM companies, they will be extinct in 2-3 years.)

Odds are they'll be in another deal within 8 months and telling you it's the best ever. Don't be foolish and burn a bridge with WorldVentures. Jason Slone and Heath Blackmon have been going from deal to deal after WorldVentures and have earned the label "MLM Junkie". They keep recycling the same followers from deal to deal to earn the checks they brag about. Then they jump to the next deal. Always give it at least 8 months for them to prove it. Don't be their guinea pigs. WorldVentures is the most dominant Travel related Network Marketing company to ever exist. We know the PAC Team and they know the health of the company. It is solid and built for the future. They are having record growth. The announcements at The View are going to make them regret their short term thinking and actions!

    ReplyDelete
  13. A few other recent reps that have been SUSPENDED or TERMINATED from WorldVentures for violations of the printed Policies & Procedures are Richard Morgan, Jason Slone, and Heath Blackmon.

Beware of any of these guys!!

They have been terminated just like Steve Little. Thank you WV for pruning the dead branches.

  15. There is a rerason why World Ventures implemented the 90/90 rule into the binary and that reason is two words…”shaved checks”. What caused WorldVentures to put the 90/90 rule into affect was that top earners like Steve Little, Byron Schrag, Troy Brown, et al were maxing out the comp plan and having their checks shaved. To avoid this and risk the whales from bolting to another company with their thousands of followers WV instead decided to take the money from the little man and give it to the big hitters to keep them happy and in the company. This is how the company kept the big hitters happy and didn’t have to pay out more to them. They simply made it harder for the average person to earn anything residually while the big boys got their full check.

    only lasted so long.

  20. Once you hit 90/90 in WV, you become a director Scott. It's always been like this. Then WV lowered the residual mark to only 30/30 which was huge! I had several on my team get a nice raise once they did that, and most people that give it a half effort try can hit 30/30 in 60 days. I get my paychecks directly deposited into my account, and over the past 28 months, my checks have been accurate, on time, everytime. Great company.

It is a company built on sound values of giving and enriching peoples lives with something more than just money. In over 3 years in the company I've only seen Steve Little present a few times at events, yet have been mentored by most of the top leaders several times over. I am proud of World Ventures for taking a stand for integrity and for what is right. Thanks for protecting our families future.

  24. People talk so tough once they get behind a keyboard. WV is incredibly good at getting naive people to spend a lot of money on trainings that all sound the same once you go to a few of them. Rovia is a joke, everybody knows that and those that don't are the big wigs that are traveling for free. SERIOUSLY speaking, the $49, $69 cruise is THE ONLY DEAL available we all know that. Why is it that new leaders never arise from the bottom? Same old leaders same old stories. Who can talk someone into spending $365 upfront and $65 a month to save MAYBE a few hundred bucks on a vacation that is only taken MAYBE once a year? And even if you do who can keep them in there downline? Some seriously hardcore naive kool aid drinking people following WV leaders.... It's really only a matter of time before all the truth comes out and shuts WV.

  25. Somebody throwing Heath Blackmon under the bus is absolutely uncalled for. All that is, is 100% jealousy. That guy is the most genuine upbeat all around positive person in the industry.

Do you want to know why he left WV? First of all he was NOT TERMINATED he simply quit working the business. He went back to the corporate world, his team in WV was not making any money. It killed him to see his team do everything that was asked of him and WV (trainings big events etc.) and just not see any results. How does a Wolf in a hen house care about his team and his family all while keeping an unrealistic positive attitude? Pure Jealously on anybodies part that is spreading untrue lies about Heath Blackmon. Not cool and most likely not supported by WV.

Always remember this, the one who cries the loudest is usually the biggest loser and most likely the one who is losing ground.

    ReplyDelete
  26. If Worldventures is so awesome and such a great company then why would it matter if a few guys left and went somewhere else?

Those guys must be pretty dang good at what they do if the whole company is worried about people running and joining something else.

If Worldventures worried about coming out with this stupid Social Media thing instead of what a few guys in the company are doing then maybe people would start making money again.

    ReplyDelete
  27. After reading all of the above post, I would like to post several thoughts here.

First, Steve Little recruited me into WV two years ago this month. I hold Steve in the utmost highest esteem. Steve is a no nonsense kind of guy. There are several people asking why Steve was not at trainings, meetings and the such. Steve believes in letting the folks that he brought in be in the spot light, Byron Schrag, Wes Melcher and others. Steve wants his people to get the applause not himself, he would rather sign up ten people as be on the stage in front of 10,000 people. Bottom line, which one makes you the most money over time? I have a 12 year old son, who if I had an emergency and needed some place for him to stay and no one else, I would not ever mind the Little family taking care of him. This family has integrity that is surpassed by few.

All I know is that I worked hard for 18 months of the last two years, went to trainings, International conventions, "Millionaire" Boot Camp and got my WV team to nearly 90/90. As of date I have been in Wow We for two months, I have between 200 and 300 on my team and am making more in residual than I ever did in WV. I have team members that were on my WV team that worked their butts off, and never made it much above the 30/30 level. They now, in less than 2 months, have more than they ever did in WV. So, if this is boring, and who cares about "gumballs" what can they buy you, why are we having so much fun over here? You know when I am "FREE", I don't have a problem paying full retail for my travel.

So, ever one of you jealous so and so's that have posted previously on this blog really need to remember one thing!!!!! "There is always two sides to every story." Have you heard both sides??????

Second, why drag Heath Blackmon through the mud? I met Heath shortly after I joined WV, Heath is a great man. (Even though he is a little bit of a red neck, Ha Ha) Heath would give you the shirt off of his back if he though you needed it. So again, do you know both sides of the story?

These kind of sites remind me of the bathroom walls back in Jr. High. You could write anything about anybody, true or not and no one would ever know who wrote it. Same thing hear, it just behooves me when people spread half truths, near truths, and bold face lies about people on the internet. If it is not true and you don't have all the facts (which no one that has previously posted here does) then keep you big mouth shut!!!! KYBMS!!!!!!

  28. @ Anonymous post Spetember 1, 2011

Steve lost his million dollar a year compensation and position as “master distributer” becuase he sold toxic investments to anyone and everyone in the company that would buy them. we aren’t talking about a few thousand dollars here and there. Oh no, Steve is much too ambitious and greedy for that… He used every ounce of his influence as the master distributer and top income earner to suck MILLIONS of dollars out of his distributers. It wasn’t enough that he continually made flase claims about earning potential to new recruits and had them sign up for multiple positions draining families finances across the country for no reason but his personal gain. Oh no, Steve is much too ambitious and greedy for that. He took one of the riskiest invsetments in the entire country and had his people poor MILLIONS of dollars into it. Steve has no license to sell this financail asset, he has no background in the industry (though he’d like for you to think otherwise), he didn’t use any kind of proper asset allocation modeling, he didn’t look at his downlines finances to make sure they were adequately diversified… he just took everything he could possible get and sunk it into a company that commited multiple levels of corporate fraud, got hammered by the SEC and has a stack of lawsuits several feet high. The company went under, the investments were a bust and his downlines lost MILLIONS. who is the big winner in this equation you might ask? The answer should be quite obvious, Mr. Steve Little himself of course.

He betrayed the trust of dozens upon dozens of people and manipulated them into buying an investment that neither he nor they knew anything about. What’s the difference between persuasion and manipulation? Intent. Steve’s only intent was to increase his cash-flow and net worth with absolute reckless abandonment and with no regard to anyone but himself.

No, Steve is not a “real nice guy”. Every decision he makes and every conversation he has is only to benefit himself. Of course Steve appears to be a “nice guy” on the surface. Do you really think he could build a massive downline by being a prick to everyone he meets? Steve’s greed and manipulation finally got the best of him. He’ll lose the court case as well as his hefty million dollar a year earnings through World Ventures. He’ll never again enjoy the lifestyle he’s had for the last few years.

some of us acutally do have ALL the facts. perhaps you should take your own advice.

  32. How can people be so naive! Steve Little was one of the people who was called in to build WorldVentures right from the very first day, he basically sat down with those guys and worked to design all that this company is today, including the policies and procedures, as he had a long background in Network Marketing.

He recruited and trained most of the people who are today in the top 20 leaders - so you think he would just wake up one day and decide to start violating rules and procedures and refuse to sit down to talk with the owners of the company to find a resolution? These guys saved around 1million dollars per year buy terminating him, instead of sitting down to talk with him and find a resolution to what was bothering them. Something smells fishy here. Please be more suspicious of what you hear and don't put so much blind trust in WorldVentures owners and management. Here is another interesting blog that just came out about WorldVentures and how it treats is leaders: http://isworldventuresascam.blogspot.com/

  33. Seems that the MLM business model attracts some very unsavory people. I can list hundreds of MLM's that have gone by the wayside all the while the founders made millions. Then Pffft! The business is shut down and all the members are left hanging.

Many Major MLM's have had the same situation with their top earners. You see, the BIBLE is right.....
"The LOVE of MONEY is the root of all evil"
    1 Timothy 6:10

So you have MLM founders who love their money and they have top earners that love their money and so you get what you have with WolrdVentures. A bunch of greedy lovers of money with evil on their minds. It's not just WorldVentures.....it's 99.9% of all MLM's.

  34. I joined WorldVentures in March 2010 and initially just wanted to take some of the vacations. I took one of the mega dreamtrips pretty quick and loved it. The people were awesome and we had a ton of fun. We talked to some of the other guests at the resort that were not on our dream trip, and they paid almost twice as much. That confirmation was great. Our trip had a private party too, which was a blast.

We have been on 4 other dream trips since then that were not the mega trips, and have enjoyed all of them. Actually, my husband and I just got back from a vacation in Punta Cana, which was not with WorldVentures, and it seemed almost boring! The WorldVentures vacations have been fun with a lot of positive people. Our next vacation will be another mega dreamtrip as that has been our best trip ever.

We haven't had the time to work the business like some of the leaders, but we do tell our friends about the trips we have taken, especially right when we return with our photos and tans. Many of our friends have joined as dreamtrip members, that is only $27 month, and some are reps.

We spend one night per week working the business, and we listen to the audio leadership training cds. We attend some of the training events but we mostly listen to all the audio trainings since our kids are in sports. We’ve earned an average of $300 per month and our membership fees have been free because of the get 4 pay no more. We made 4 sales within our first 2 months.

Because of WorldVentures, we have been able to meet some fun people, have taken more vacations than before, it has paid my electric bill every month for the past 15 months, and I have learned a lot about leadership, which has helped me in many other areas of my life (kids/husband).

I am not sure about all the politics or the above stuff on Steve Little or Jason Slone. We have been impressed with most of the people. Our initial goals with this company have been met, and we have considered getting more serious.

Just an honest review from a stay at home mom.

  35. WorldVentures will be out of business soon. They're loosing so many customers here in the US they have to go Russia to stay alive. I hear that Cyprus Wants them out so it's just a matter of time

They've taken a cool concept and turned it into crap. They started out having some really nice DreamTrips and now they've let the morons like Byron Schrag turn it into the huntin' n fishin, travel biz. And the coupon thing...Please. totally not worth it.

Stop wasting you time on this stupid crap. When the deal goes belly up, these guys will move on. They always take care of themselves first.
Take Matt Morris. He Joined years after I did and ended up being my upline. Now tell me that fair!

These guys move from company to company. They make it sound like they're old farm boys that worked hard and made it to the top by helping other achieve their dreams. That's BS! All the top earners have either been in the top spots from the beginning or like Matt Morris were put there because they brought people from another deal.

As Wayne Nugent likes to say "Keep Drinkin' the Koolaide Folks"!

I have not met one top income earner who really worked hard and world ventures changed their life. also what is funny my fiance has still not received his commissions and he has been in it since July of this year. One of my good friends said her boyfriend has not received any commissions either. And guess what she still hasn't received her business kit and she started in September. Her boyfriends friend who he brought in hasn't received his business kit either. So right now WV is probably going to lose 20 more people in a month or two. Not only is my fiance quitting but my friend, her boyfriend and all his people and ours are going to leave because it is ridiculous.

The trips are a tremendous value and savings. The people top to bottom are fantastic and generous. I have made many lifetime friendships through WorldVentures. I have worked the business side as trained averaging about 3 hours per week for two years or so. Last weekend I qualified for a new BMW 535i paid for by WorldVentures. The company is growing like gangbusters here in the U.S. and abroad. The people complaining have obviously not embraced what opportunities have been provided them. They are either competitors trying to tarnish a great company or negative whiners who failed to succeed as a result of their own shortcomings. Thats the truth from someone who knows.

  44. I joined WV 2.5 years ago. For the first year I went to nearly every training event such as Super Saturday trainings, accelerations, The View, Journey, international conventions, etc., spending a TON of $ in the process. What turned me off is how people out-and-out LIE and tell you that once you become Director, your're on Easy Street. There is NO WAY, unless maybe you're an IMD, that you could ever recoup all the $ you spend on trainings, airfare, hotels, rental cars, meals, marketing materials, etc. The person who recruited me said she replaced the income from her J.O.B. in one year, which was a TOTAL LIE. I honestly think she's on welfare right now. How can I pitch this deal to people knowing it's a lie? Answer: I can't.

    1. I have a family member in WV - same scenario. Totally bought-in, gung-ho. In my estimation, he and his wife have spent WAY more than he's earned on all the rah-rah, feel good conventions, marketing material, etc. I've seen WV's income disclosure. It's a joke. I honestly think that my family members are are so invested that they would rather go down in flames and perpetuate the facade of "Making a Living, Living Life", than face the fact that it's a losing proposition. At 2.5 years, we are starting to ask, "Ok, you told us this was the deal. Where is all the money you're supposed to be making?".

So my question to you is this - What do you think someone who has been in WV for 2.5 years that's a brainwashed company man is REALLY making in commission per month? $500, $1,000, $4,000? More, less?

    2. The reality is that all the training events and conventions are a HUGE profit center for WV. Marc Accetta gets paid a million dollars a year to run their training program and he is very good at selling it to the masses.

  45. I joined worldventures within 6 months after its launch. The company from what i saw did everything possible to be legit and to offer the best products possible. most of the dreamtrips offered are great savings, not all, but most save hundreds of dollars or more. this is really the only product offered. the company has a 89% retention rate of customers who actually utilize the product and go on at least 1 dream trip. that is a remarkably high number and shows real value in the product. i was introduced by my father who was introduced by his best friend and so on. my father became a director within about a year of joining and his best friend became a marketing director about the same time, these are the 1st 2 levels of earning residual income. Neither of them had any prior networking experience. they worked the business part time and had success. but because this company was new there were going to be growing pains. there were a lot of representatives that dropped out. most of these people never used the product and thought that they could build a team overnight and make alot of money. but most of them have no experience and didnt possess the team building skills, so they became frustrated over time and quit. the comp plan back them was skewed to the top and it was very hard for most people to actually build a large enough team to earn a decent income. because of this all 3 of us quit the company. there were no hard feelings we just all felt that the comp plan and prices needed to be adjusted for us to continie building our business and to help those that we were bringing in. in the 2 years since we quit the business the company has done nothing but impress me, they have strengthen their dreamtrips product from what i have seen and have come out with much better pricing and comp plan point to allow for the part time or inexperienced marketer to get involved and earn an income. i am actually considering joining back up with the company. i have seen very few mlm businesses with a product that is as fun and easy to sell and a company with the integrity that worldventures does. this business about steve little is unfortunate, he clearly is a criminal for doing what he did, with that being said the company had no choice but to cut ties and separate themselves from him as he was the first rep and no.1 income earner since day 1, he essentially was a founder of the company, he designed the entire comp plan and many other aspects of the mlm part of the company. it was a tough decision for the company as they has become close friends with the man but when someone of his stature in the company commits a crime of this type it can bring a whole company down so they must separate and move on no matter how hard it maybe. i dont have many details as not many people do but i can tell you he was not kicked out so save the 1mil salary he was making, he was far more valuable as a master marketer and team builder with the company, but a crime is a crime and breaking the rules cannot be tolerated.

with all this being said, worldventures is a good company, i dont think it is for everybody, if you plan on taking a couple trips a year dream trips is definitely a good product. and building a business isnt easy and takes hard work and dedication and training just like everything else in life.

    1. Don't do it, you'll lose money. Even if you somehow can balance your busy military life with all the recruiting and sales, you're only leeching off other people. No matter what, someone has to suffer in this business. It's cannibalism at it's finest, because it doesn't shy away from it.

  48. WorldVentures regularly edifies its top income earners, pac team members and so-called leaders as having achieved certain ranks in an effort to promote their business opportunity product.

These "recognized" ranks give the consumer the impression that the individuals being promoted as a certain level of rank are achieving financial success based on the marketing of the companies products, which is really just a way to build value for the fees they charge that is then shared with the up-line since it is a network marketing company.

Although this is a very successful and common practice in the direct selling business world, the false representation by WorldVentures of their top earners hurts the end user consumer by selling them a dream that they too could achieve similar financial freedom.

However, it is now public record that the so-called leaders in many cases have not actually achieved said ranks and have further been given special treatment by the owners of the company by placing them in high ranking positions in the binary compensation plan. The company additionally allows these leaders to do what's called "bonus buying" whereby they pay for multiple other business centers below them to keep them artificially elevated at a rank they did not in most cases achieve legally in the first place. In some cases this bonus buying has been in the hundreds of positions paid for by a rep to keep a high rank since that higher rank pays them an even greater reward (commission check) than they would have realized at the lower rank.

The worst part of all is that these infractions which are all against there won company policies and procedures are done by the company owners themselves Mike Azcue, the CEO and Wayne Nugent, the CVO. These two not only own the top position of the the company (the top of the "pyramid" since it's a binary compensation plan) but they own the immediate right and left spots respectively as well as many other strategically placed positions throughout the entire company organization.

Not only are they the main benefactors of he entire downline, but they manipulate the compensation plan with their own friends like in the case of Matt Morris. Morris was given one of the highest positions at the top of the company, to the benefit of the owners as well as "grandfathered" as they highest rank in the company (IMD).

These false representations to people like myself who not only paid to be in the opportunity but spent thousands going to their events in hopes of learning the secrets of how these top income earners make the money is a horrible injustice to the vast majority who also believe their lies.

I learned the truth after I finally figured out it's all a big scam for the top people by continuing to research the company in hopes of finding the truth to help expose it to other consumers and people looking for a real business opportunity. The truth was finally made public when the company decided to sue one of its former executives when he started another travel company.

You can review all of the public documents through the Dallas court website by simply typing in the case number: dc1109451
The public website for the court is: http://courtecom.dallascounty.org/pav/
Specifically note the document filed 3/23/2012 called:
    Motion - Summary Judgement CV'
Scroll down to the many affidavits, including the one by someone named Ray McDonald. This is very telling and my guess is that this lawsuit is going to continue to expose what's really going on behind the scenes.

It's tragic that this is allowed to happen to innocent people who have no way of knowing what's really going on behind the scenes. Someone should really take a stand like an attorney general or some consumer protection agency to protect us all from companies like this who take people's money for only a few benefactors at the top. I'm pretty sure that's the definition of a ponzi scheme.

Please pass this information on to protect other consumers.

  49. I was recently introduced to this company, and although there are definitely some things to really think about, I think all around its great. If you like talking to people, like saving money, and want to travel, then this might be the right fit for you. I dont think people should join expecting to make millions off it, but to have on the side to save money and earn a little extra yourself; why not? You get out of it what you put in to it.

  51. When we are young, people ask, "What do you want to be when you grow up?". Answers are given like, doctor, lawyer, veterinarian, even president. I bet if you think back at what you said then and what your profession is now, that most of us are not what we thought we'd be. Why? I think our ideas change of what we want and what we are willing to put into it. Either way, we all have the jobs we have today for different reasons. I personally could not be a NY cab driver, I can't stand traffic; However, that doesn't mean the cab you get into one day is not driven by someone who loves his/her job. POINT is: WV is not for everyone, but for no more than what it costs to get in, and what you have to do to waive your monthly fees, if you think you can do it then go for it, but if its not for you then that's ok too. As for Mr. Little, what ever he did or didn't do.... I'm just Anonymous, I'm not God. That's who will judge us ALL in the end.

  52. Just because someone has been in a company for 2.5 years, or more, does not mean you automatically should be making money. Cmon people. Do real estate agents, stock brokers, salespeople who don't produce, do they make money? No. Most MLM companies that top earners don't even enter the company until year 5 or later. Say what you want, but don't say because you didn't make money that it's a scam. Funny that only people who don't make money, because they give up, or don't work hard enough, call MLM a scam. God forbid you look in the mirror and be accountable for your own actions, or lack thereof. I am not a big earner, and I don't blame my company at all. I'm not putting the effort or time that the big earners are. Period. And that's my fault, not theirs.

Re: Steve, I just don't get how people earning 6 figs a month feel the need to go out and do something stupid like selling investments to your downline, or whatever it was. A million a year isnt enough? Cmon. Anyone who screws that up, just because you "want more" has no one to blame but themselves. And I bet he looks in the mirror every morning and says "how did I f*** that up?!"

  53. I went to a regional training today in Chattanooga tn. It should have been called a regional pep rally. There was no real training provided. Just. Bunch of high fiving each other and whipping the crowd up and little to no discussion about what the product being sold really was. I'm not saying WV is a bad deal, it just smacks of something not quite right since the top guys skirted training and just talked about how awesome everything was and how awesome they are!

    1. Yes I was there, too!! Same opinion here...high pressure sales tactics--no real training except "hey, let me get you to sign this before you really know what is going on..." I just can't be that type of person. I will find other more ethical means to make money.

  54. I worked at the WV headquarters a couple of years ago in Customer Service. The job paid fairly well for a call center position, but the 'unseemly' feel of the place just became too much. Believe me...the people that are at the tip top are the only ones making enough money to live on...and they ARE NOT making as much as they claim. The main reason they are not making as much as they say is because they have TONS of people drop out/quit/cancel their credit card so the auto-payments to do not process in their downline. So...guess what? WV pays one individual (perhaps more now) to basically troll through a select few IMDs downline and process monthly payments from the IMD credit cards for the inactive accounts. It costs the IMDs a boatload of money depending on how many people have jumped ship. However, who cares if you have to spend $15,000 a month (in monthly fees) to make $120,000...this practice is supposed to be against WV rules and regulations, but they look the other way.
